I have had the pleasure of working with Jim Brenn of Distinctive Domain on many occasions throughout my career in real estate. I have found him and his team to be both knowledgeable and professional at all times. Not only is Jim known for the quality of his craftsmanship but for being wiling and able to meet with buyers, walk properties( raw land) and work closely with them on determining their needs and wants for a custom built home. Once the buyer has selected a location they would like a home built on, Jim brings them to the next level and has them meet with his architect to create the home of their dreams. As soon as the plans are drawn up, Jims in house team works diligently and effectively on pricing the job,reviewing and tweaking it with buyers until everyone is satisfied. Jim’s demeanor is always calm and reassuring. He takes the time to make everyone feel like your are his only client, even though this certainly is not the case.
