Equally important for us, Dan and Jim are very personable –facilitating a seamless process and a pleasant experience, despite all constraints presented.
Our home had been completely destroyed by a lighting strike. The house had to be demolished and completely renovated using the existing foundation and footprint. We had a tight temporary housing timeline and renovation budget in accordance with insurance proceeds. It was very important for us to find a design-build company who understood our active family needs and help translate those needs into a home design that is also within budget while assuring on-time completion delivery.
I called Distinctive Domain after watching one of their homes break ground and the frame very quickly go up. They showed us 2 other houses in different stages of the build, answered all of our questions and addressed concerns. Dan and Jim understood well our position. Their professionalism, years of experience and integrity shined through in their responses. They worked and guided us to get the best return on our investment. Their standard materials and finishes are of high quality . There was no skimping. We love our “new” house. It is truly a home.
