Distinctive built our custom home. They worked with us from the start – purchasing lot through design and build. They were extremely professional and the quality of the work is extraordinary. Just walk in my house or any of their projects and you will immediately see and feel the quality of the work. You will not find a better built home. The finished product is exceptional. They kept us informed and helped us every step of the way. They guided us during the selection process and helped us decide where we could save money and where it made sense to upgrade. This is a family business with people that care about building a great house and making sure the customer is satisfied with the finished product. Jim has been building houses for years. He is a true craftsman and his insight and advice are invaluable. We worked with Pati on design – tile selection, siding, flooring, fixtures, paint colors etc. She worked tirelessly to find what we wanted while keeping us within our budget. Dan handled the financial aspects of the project. He clearly defined the cost structure, payment schedule and dealt with all other miscellaneous items that popped up – his input and guidance was top notch. As a company they were always available to sit with us and address any issues or concerns that arose. They are fair and most importantly honest. This is a great group of people and you will not find a better company to build your home.
